These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flagbook (the "App"), provided by Mix Puppy Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Flagbook is a playbook and game-day companion app for flag football coaches, offering play design, roster and lineup management, a built-in play library, and a game clock. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
Any plays, rosters, lineups, or other content you create in the App ("Your Content") remain yours. You're responsible for what you create and for keeping your device secure. Do not upload or create content that is unlawful, infringes on someone else's rights, or violates these Terms.
Flagbook Pro is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Seasonal, and Annual plans), billed and processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, free trial terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's App Store terms and your Apple ID account settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. We do not process payments or store payment information ourselves.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies; we are unable to issue refunds directly.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its built-in play library as a standalone product.
The App, including its design, built-in play library, graphics, and branding, is owned by Mix Puppy Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose, including game officiating or rules compliance for your league.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mix Puppy Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on plays, lineups, or clock data during a game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
