This Privacy Policy explains what information Flagbook ("the App"), provided by Mix Puppy Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and how it's used. We built Flagbook to keep as little of your data as possible — most of what you put into the App never leaves your device.
Your plays, rosters, lineups, folders, and game-clock activity are stored locally on your device (and synced via your own iCloud account, if enabled). We do not collect, receive, or have access to this content.
Flagbook Pro subscriptions are purchased and billed entirely through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information; we never see or store your card details. We may receive anonymized transaction confirmations from Apple (such as which subscription tier was purchased) for support and record-keeping purposes.
If you choose to sign up for coaching tips and product updates (on our website or in the App), we collect the email address you provide. We use it only to send you the updates you signed up for — new plays, features, and news about Flagbook and future TopCoachApps releases. We store opt-in email addresses with MailerLite. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@topcoachapps.com.
If you email us directly with feedback, a feature suggestion, or a bug report, we use your email address only to respond to you and, where relevant, to follow up about the issue you raised. We don't add feedback emails to our marketing list unless you separately opt in.
Flagbook does not currently use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. If that changes in a future version, we'll update this policy to describe what's collected and why before the change takes effect.
Flagbook is designed for use by coaches, not by children directly, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Player names entered into rosters are stored locally on the coach's own device and are not transmitted to us.
You can delete Your Content at any time from within the App. You can unsubscribe from opt-in emails at any time. Because we don't collect App content ourselves, there is no server-side account data for us to delete on your behalf beyond your email subscription record, which we'll remove on request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
